What was wrong with the old site
- In Google's Lighthouse test on a phone, the homepage took 28.4 seconds to show its main content.
- An AI search readiness audit on 7 October 2026 scored the old site 17 out of 100 across 10 pages. Its lowest marks were 2 for content AI tools can quote as answers and 6 for headings.
- Our own website check couldn't open it. Automated visitors got a 403 "forbidden" page, and that can keep AI search tools out too.
- Some of the rules on the site were out of date: the regulator's old name (ICCRC, now the CICC), the old NOC job levels that Canada replaced in 2022, and yearly draws for parent sponsorship, which is paused.
- The Our Team page was still the theme's demo text, with placeholder Latin and stock photos of factory workers.
- The email address shown on the site had a typo in it, and the privacy policy was an unpublished draft.
Results
We ran Google's Lighthouse phone test on the old homepage on the day the new site went live, and the same test on the new one five days later. We ran the same AI search readiness audit on both sites too.
Our website check opens the new site without trouble, and so do the crawlers ChatGPT, Claude and Perplexity use. We checked on 12 October 2026.

The AI search readiness audit (AEO/GEO) scores a site out of 100 across on-page signals such as structured data, headings, meta tags and FAQ content.
AI search readiness audit: old site 7 October 2026, with 10 pages scored. New site 14 October 2026, with 20 pages scored.
Lighthouse, old site: 7 October 2026, before the new site replaced it.
Lighthouse, new site: 12 October 2026, the same Lighthouse version and phone settings, middle result of three runs. Google's PageSpeed Insights, which runs a newer version of the test on Google's own computers, gave it 98 on a phone on 14 October 2026.
Scores are out of 100. For times, lower is better.
What Ratul needed
People look up their questions before they call a consultant, like who can get a super visa, or whether you can get a job offer before you have a work permit. The site had to answer those plainly, show that Ratul is licensed, and make the free first consultation easy to book.
Immigration rules change often, so the site had to leave out fees and processing times that go stale and link to IRCC for those instead.
What we built
The logo's plane flies in
On the homepage, the plane from Ratul's logo flies in over the Vancouver skyline, leaves a thin trail and lands in the B. We built it from his original logo file.
21 pages, 13 of them services
Each service has its own page, from study permits and super visas to spousal sponsorship and PR card renewals. Each one starts with a short, direct answer and links to IRCC for the official details.
A form that opens WhatsApp
The contact form writes the message and opens a WhatsApp chat with Ratul. Call and WhatsApp buttons sit at the top and bottom of every service page.
An application, step by step
A short scroll scene on the homepage follows an application all the way to the decision.
His reviews, word for word
Twelve Google reviews, copied exactly, and his rating at launch: 5.0 from 91 reviews.
Old links still work, and AI tools can read it
Every old WordPress address sends people to the right new page. The site tells Google and AI tools that Ratul is a licensed consultant, with his licence number, and lets their crawlers in.
