Healing, tarot readings and courses, Chandigarh
Poonam Sharma, known as Mystic Poonam, is a healer, tarot reader and teacher in the Chandigarh area, with clients and students across India. Her old site ran on WordPress with a WooCommerce shop. The new one went live in April 2026, and we've kept adding to it since.

What was wrong with the old site
- An AI search readiness audit on 5 April 2026, just before the switch, scored the old site 31 out of 100 across 20 pages. It found no structured data at all.
- The homepage had no description for search results, and its title was a 193-character list of keywords with "Reiki classes" in it three times.
- It had six H1 headings, and the first one was a phone number.
- The slider's messages, such as "Wondering what the future holds?", were words inside pictures with empty alt text, so search engines and AI tools couldn't read them. On a phone they shrank to small print.
- The homepage carried 60 script tags and 21 stylesheets, many of them from plugins for the shop, events, social feeds and reviews.
Results
We ran an AI search readiness audit on the old site just before it was replaced, and again on the new site in October. Speed is Google's test of the new site on a phone.
Our website check opens the new site without trouble, and so do the crawlers ChatGPT, Claude and Perplexity use. We checked on 14 October 2026.

What Poonam needed
Most of Poonam's clients come from Chandigarh, Mohali and Panchkula, and her students from all over India. She needed a site that explains each kind of session plainly and makes it easy to book on WhatsApp.
Her course students also needed one place to watch their lessons, on her own site rather than on YouTube.
What we built
A page for each kind of session
Nine service pages, from tarot reading and Reiki healing to numerology and past life regression, each with a WhatsApp button to book.
A free tarot reading
Visitors choose from six spreads, in English or Hindi, pick their cards and get a reading they can save as an image and share on WhatsApp.
A card of the day
The homepage turns over a new tarot card every day, on India time.
Courses and a members area
Course pages, sign-ups for her free tarot masterclass, and a members area where students sign in with an email link and watch their lessons on the site.
Answers to what people search
Blog posts written as answers to real questions, like how much a tarot reading costs in India and how to choose a tarot reader in Chandigarh.
Clear to AI tools, and easy for her to update
Every page tells Google and AI tools who Poonam is and what she offers, and an admin area lets her change prices, reviews and blog posts herself.
